USPurchased a Murakami online Purchased a Murakami online. Was def a little scared, as this was a large purchase of something I don’t have a lot of experience in. Especially with regards to art, where you hear horror stories of fakes. But everything about my purchase from Pinto leaves me to believe everything was genuine. It was well-packed in the original KaiKai KiKi shipping with the COA. The gallery was in constant contact with me and available by both SMS and email to help me feel safe about my transaction. Pinto is def legit and a great place to buy.

LBExceptional Experience Your team, specifically Peric, exhibited a level of friendliness and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for your organization. The responsiveness and courtesy I experienced throughout the entire process truly set your gallery apart. What particularly impressed me was your team's attentiveness to my specific needs. I mentioned that I would prefer to receive my order one week before the initially proposed date, and I was delighted that you took this into consideration and ensured that my expectations were not only met but exceeded. This attention to detail and commitment to accommodating customer preferences truly made my experience memorable. I am thrilled with the product I received from your gallery, and the positive experience has undoubtedly earned you a repeat customer. Your team's dedication to customer satisfaction has left a lasting impression, and I look forward to continuing our association in the future. Thanks a lot, Rasha

USNebulous about establishing provenance… Nebulous about establishing provenance for their work. Had to request a certificate of authenticity after purchasing, which has validity only to the extent they warrant with their signature. Not only that, but they would not provide a copy of the shipping label evidencing origin from the gallery in Japan, claiming it was destroyed as part of a bulk order of prints. After demanding to see an invoice, I was sent a redacted version of one, which didn't really verify anything at all. The only fool-proof way to verify them is to go to the origin shipper directly. Apart from the allegedly original packaging (which I cannot verify without an origin shipping label), it remains unclear if I have a true limited print. Although it would be a tremendous waste of resources to try and replicate all of this, every purchaser should be entitled to all evidence of provenance to prove legitimacy.
