The option to describe the photo to support further processing is a good feature as well as the automated keywording. In case of troubles, questions and the like, there is a quick responding support-team in the background to help. Why 4 stars instead of 5? The review process seems a little bit too slow in the last couple of months. But contacting the support-team helped in each case.

The service is absolutely bad... The service is absolutely bad and as soon as you use the payment function, costs are charged double and triple. After weeks of contact with the support I wanted my money back. This wish was excluded.... that contradicts their guidelines. Photographers should absolutely keep their hands off here. You have no control over your own images, images are rejected 3x as often as with Adobe Stock. With rejected images your possibility to make easy submissions decreases. However, this is the only service that Wirestock has made attractive. Hands off!
