I placed several orders for a product… I placed several orders for a product and each time it was cancelled reportedly “per my request” which was totally false. I tried to send emails to customer service with no response. There’s no phone for contact. Very disappointed.

Not as advertised and a waste of money The pictures are not as advertised and of poor quality and a waste of money. The company does not respond in a timely matter. I suffer from severe buyer's remorse. I have yet to have this matter resolved even though it has been 3 days so far. They claim that no one can be in the office due to covert to receive returns. I find this unbelievable. Unless my situation is resolved I will never do with this company again and I will share my thoughts on social media. CAVEAT EMPTOR! READ TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY! I AM REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU if this goes any further South! 😡😡😡

Very poor quality Bought a quilt, horrible quality, not true to size, many flaws, and it’s paper thin. The customer service is just as bad. Not willing to fix the issue.
