This is a review of the label This is a review of the label, not the site. I discovered Ravesta many years ago, before the MP3 days. My first record from them was a remix of an 80s tune that saved my life as a kid. Send me an Angel. I noticed the cover because it was just a reflective cover, semi-transparent. I loved that song so much as a kid. I was abused and such and that song always seemed to come one when I was at my lowest. It was like a sign and I bought that record (and still have it over 20 years later). I continued to look for stuff from them and bought whatever I could over the years. Then I heard Ondamike for the first time and rediscovered the label all over again. Here is a label, and producer, that’s literally remixing my childhood into my current life, and I am in love all over again. Come to find out that some of my other favorite breaks producers are there as well. Dj Fixx has been a steady in my life since the late 90s. Shade K has a ton of tracks in my crates. Many others as well. I think I have practically bought everything on site and regularly look for more. To me there are only a few labels that I can look at and just know I’m getting quality tracks that are going to move the crowd. I love Ravesta records and hope that they continue for a long time to come. They are bringing out some really great new artists and have been consistent in their quality forever.
