Service was great Service was great. Buses were on time and clean. Roberto was excellent! He answered his phone every time so we could update parents. Friendly to the kids. Very good experience overall, including the customer support online and by phone.

Great Way to Travel The vehicle was clean and spacious. Plus, our driver was on time and professional. As a result, we got to and from our destinations safely and without incident.

Excellent service and clean buses The buses were early which was wonderful. They were clean, and safe. Our drivers did an excellent job giving the safety emergency talk and getting us to our location on time and safely. I am very pleased with the excellent service Pronto provided for our field trip. Field Trip Kory drove myself and 38 of my fifth grade students to and from the ferry station in Oakland to enjoy our field trip. Kory was a wonderful driver to have. He was professional and friendly. The bus driver was on time and gave… The bus driver was on time and gave clear and appropriate safety guidelines to myself and my students. Each time we were to ride the bus, (to Davis st., to Oyster Park and back to school) our experience was excellent. Thank you all.
