GBno follow up I had to initiate a follow-up after nearly 3 WEEKS to inquire about the order status. Surprisingly, the following day, my order was cancelled without any notice. I just wanted to know the reasons behind the inability to fulfil an order or the prolonged delay in cancelling it. They did refund me but I needed that order for an event such a frustrating experience

GBthis is a bait and switch operation --… this is a bait and switch operation -- I ordered a shipment of CD's; shipment arrived, but not all titles ordered were present, BUT they had changed the prices from the catalog price, this is bait and switch, plain and simple. I talked with customer service, who said "we can change prices anytime" and I then shipped the entire order back. USPS tracking confirmed receipt, and when I called a month later wondering where my check was, they said they gave me credit, and I had specifically told them I wanted refund. She promised a check within two weeks. Regardless, they increase prices from their catalog listing, beware

GBHaven't seen any catalogs after… Haven't seen any catalogs after ordering months ago. Didn't order for years when titles weren't available. A woman who was there said you aren't going to get any catalogs. Very disappointed to be talked down to. My last order had no catalogs in the box. My choices aren't available.
