Deal with One of the Best I have been ordering from Oldies.com for decades. I have never had a problem that they did not make right immediately. The quality of their video offering has continuously improved over the years and they offer titles that are very difficult to locate. Highly recommended.

Refused Cancellation for our Unfulfilled Orders We placed multiple orders with Olides.com that were not fulfilled for two weeks (and counting), and when we asked for a cancellation, they refused. They said our orders would be canceled if they were not fulfilled within 10 days, 15 days later our orders still aren't cancelled. They oversell their merchandise and say it's out of their hands when you request a refund. Better luck with Amazon.

no follow up I had to initiate a follow-up after nearly 3 WEEKS to inquire about the order status. Surprisingly, the following day, my order was cancelled without any notice. I just wanted to know the reasons behind the inability to fulfil an order or the prolonged delay in cancelling it. They did refund me but I needed that order for an event such a frustrating experience

I've been a OLDIES customer for years I've been a OLDIES customer for years. All my experiences have been great even when I had a minor problem with my latest order. Customer Service Rep handled the issue appropriately and timely. I'm 77 years now and OLDIES definitely has what I'm looking for.
