I tried joining the discord channel. but the invite link on the website is invalid. It says that I am available for a manual replacement, but I cannot contact them

ESRapid issue solvers Actually I love spotify because it always give me he music I want. It doesn't matter what music do I want to listen to in the particular day, it always offers me great music. Actually, there was a situation when I had some issueswith my subscription and I had to apply to customer support. I was wondere how fast did they answer my question and helped me to sort out with all issues. I believe that if you have such a streaming platform, you should be convinced that everything will be okay. If you are a true meloman and love music with all your heart i recommend you to try spotify.

GBTerrible support It seemed to have worked for a while, but now the support leaves my tickets with no response at all, and their parent/partner website does the same. The new Spotify.ax website has multiple bugs and dead links.

ROPretty impressive Besides the fact that I had to swap from my main account (a risk that comes for premium at a price as low as this - not to mention, a one time pay) , the service does what it promises - "free" Spotify premium. Been using it for the last 3 days and haven't had an issue since that "episode". The support has solved a ticket of mine in <24hr, so I'd say support was quick aswell.
