I purchased a 6 months package so my… I purchased a 6 months package so my mother could watch two channels that stream Big Brother. After one week, these two channels were removed and when I called I was told that I needed to pay extra. I asked for my money back and I was denied the reimbursement. I realized at that point I was SCAMMED.

This is a Pirate Service This is a Pirate Service Once you pay you will never get your money back. They are not the official partners but just a pirated service. Once you pay they will block channels which are most viewed and ask for extra money. Go with the official services like directly with Digitalb or Tring do not trust this scammers. Customer service will only reply for unblocking the account or to "help you pay them" if you have a concern like " why should i pay extra" they will not respond anymore.
