worst ever These guys are in the biz of stealing money. They do not ship your movie. If you want to wait for months for your movie to ship, or just have to deal with their crappy support in INDIA then go with them. dvd empire should be called ripoff empire. JUNK

Scammers! Scammers!! Do not deal with this company! They will scam you! I sent them 55 DVDs to buy and they are supposed to pay me $146 within 14 days. They have had my DVDs for over 5 weeks and will not respond to emails or calls. They have scammed me! Please do not deal with this fraudulent company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST ONLINE DVD COMPANY. The worst online company by far for purchasing DVDs. They send defective merchandise and then when you try and get a working replacement their customer service department is nonexistent. They do respond to your emails and when they finally do, they won't correct a problem. Very customer unfriendly. Do not use this company.

Scam artists and unpprofessional! First I will state that despite giving DVD Empire a 1 star, I had no choice in order to write this review. They should receivce a -5. The customer service is by far the worse I have ever encountered, They claim to have shipped an order for which I paid for yet they are unable to provide the proof of shipment, the tracking number, that I requested. They claim they do not have this information and that if I want it, that I have to contact UPS. This company is nothing but a scam and con. DO NOT buy from them! EVER!
