GBHorrendous customer service Horrendous customer service. Ignore all emails I’m currently going through the mills of chasing a refund as they’ve not delivered or replied to any emails. Uk customer. Avoid like the plague.

GBThis is the worst customer service on the planet!! This is the worst company on the internet. It took me 2 months of back and forth email for a refund on an item then claimed they didn’t carry anymore. Then they just stopped responding... SCAM ARTISTS. AVOID!!!!

GBScammers! Scammers!! Do not deal with this company! They will scam you! I sent them 55 DVDs to buy and they are supposed to pay me $146 within 14 days. They have had my DVDs for over 5 weeks and will not respond to emails or calls. They have scammed me! Please do not deal with this fraudulent company.

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST ONLINE DVD COMPANY. The worst online company by far for purchasing DVDs. They send defective merchandise and then when you try and get a working replacement their customer service department is nonexistent. They do respond to your emails and when they finally do, they won't correct a problem. Very customer unfriendly. Do not use this company.

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They do not ship an ordered and paid for DVD and do not respond to your emails. Ordered the lion king DVD for my daughter on 26 December and still not received and have sent 14 emails to their customer service dept! WARNING - do not use this company they will steal your money
