Paid $30 ORDER # 174447154 Never received order, No tracking number I requested refund Customer servicve person Ivy told me to wait until June 11 2024 then call back.. Complete rip -off

Scam artists and unpprofessional! First I will state that despite giving DVD Empire a 1 star, I had no choice in order to write this review. They should receivce a -5. The customer service is by far the worse I have ever encountered, They claim to have shipped an order for which I paid for yet they are unable to provide the proof of shipment, the tracking number, that I requested. They claim they do not have this information and that if I want it, that I have to contact UPS. This company is nothing but a scam and con. DO NOT buy from them! EVER!

Due to the pandemic, this can take up to six weeks to be fulfilled >>>>>LOL i ordered the next day from amazon got item 3 days LATER!!!!

Horrendous customer service Horrendous customer service. Ignore all emails I’m currently going through the mills of chasing a refund as they’ve not delivered or replied to any emails. Uk customer. Avoid like the plague.

This is the worst customer service on the planet!! This is the worst company on the internet. It took me 2 months of back and forth email for a refund on an item then claimed they didn’t carry anymore. Then they just stopped responding... SCAM ARTISTS. AVOID!!!!
