Absolutely disgusting service and exprerience!! AFTER WAITING OVER 1MONTH FOR DVD'S, I CONTACTED MOVIEMAIL, TO RAISE MY CONCERNS, THEY RESPONDED, SAYING THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I AM RASING A CONCERN, AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME DVD'S WOULD BE APPOXIMATELY ANOTHER 2 WEEKS, I THEN CONTACTED THEM AGAIN, THEY THEN SAID ORDER WOULD BE CANCELLED, TWO DAYS LATER, A CHARGE OF £107.88 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE DVD'S I WOULD NEVER RECEIVE!! I THEN CALLED THEM, AFTER WAITING 15MIN ON PHONE THEY SAID THAT THE DVD'S I HAD ORDERED HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED. I HAVE NOW CONTACTED VISA CARD TO REPPORT THIS, AND CLAIM MY MONEY BACK!!!! Fast and reliable. Just got my two orders of dvd's yesterday. I am happy with my order and the fast reliable service. The company had my dvd's in the post in around 3 days especially as it was a bank holiday weekend in Ireland. The site is a treasure trove for those that are interested in art house cinema and other films that are not in the main stream of cinema, ie the Hollywood blockbusters. This site has all the films that i had studied on my master of Arts in film and cultural studies. This company i highly recommend as they are thankfully in these hard economic times, priced relatively cheap compared to the high street. If your into film this site is well worth checking out, as i will be buying more dvd's from MovieMail in the future.

Scam Operator AVOID! Ordered two Box Sets which were never dispatched. Cancelled Order and was told that they have never taken money from a Credit Card, which was a lie. Have had to put matter in dispute with Credit Card company. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Very poor communication, Jess is a liability. Very poor communication, never respond and the person there called Jess is abysmal, does she ever read or respond? I will never use this company again thanks to her complete lack of customer service and interest. Avoid like the plague.
