Check delivery times I ordered a Cinema Paradiso dvd which eventually proved to be unobtainable. It took some time to sort this with Moviemail but they eventually agreed to provide, as an alternative, another dvd I also wanted. This was somewhat more expensive but they absorbed the extra cost. I suggest phoning to make sure your title is available in a reasonable time.

Great service, Reasonably priced. MovieMail are the best place to buy dvds from. They send out a monthly catalogue full of great films and TV and are always polite and helpful. The staff really know their stuff. Pricing is very reasonable if not always the cheapest. They are also an ethical company.

Really? viewed - purchased - delivered - as simple as 123 was waiting and waiting for this title to be released on blu-ray - finally found it cheaper than Amazon! nice easy site to use - great customer service - thanks Jess

Delivery times much longer than promised Ordered 4 DVDs on 20th Dec 2013, paid £5 for delivery before Christmas. Arrived on 3rd Jan. Perhaps they meant next Christmas. All they offered was my £5 next day delivery charge back and blamed the courier company. Goods are fine but delivery promises are fiction.

Scam Operator AVOID! Ordered two Box Sets which were never dispatched. Cancelled Order and was told that they have never taken money from a Credit Card, which was a lie. Have had to put matter in dispute with Credit Card company. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
