GBTerrible Company Since changing ownership Moviemail have become an appalling company, money is taken for items which are apparently in stock but are never shipped, when you try to contact them all of your emails are ignored. Money was taken from my account a month ago but still no shipping notification and no reply to emails, don't waste your time.

GBThey cancel orders without refunding On both occasions I ordered from MoveMail, they cancelled either the whole order or 90% of it. Their excuse is "we are out of stock", despite it still being advertised as available on the website. However, they did not tell me this – they just removed the order from the outstanding orders page – no email, no paypal refund. I shouldn't have to chase up something like this if they cancel the buying contract. They were perfectly happy keeping the money, without sending anything. Last time the paypal refund failed because the funds at their bank did not clear! It was 10 days before I got my money back. My advice would be to shop elsewhere if at all possible – Amazon, Play.com, base.com, etc. If you must use them, use Paypal to give you some protection.

GBGreat selection of DVDs and very helpful I've used MovieMail for years and love the fabulous reviews on their site. They really know their stuff and promote really classy films that you wouldn't stumble across anywhere else. Their staff are very helpful and prices are very reasonable.

GBLoving the wide range of intersting films I found this site the other day after a friend recommended them to me. If you like foreign films or older British and American ones then you'll be heaven here as they have a huge range and tons of special offers. Lots of reviews and top 10s too. A movie lover's heaven!

GBDelivery times much longer than promised Ordered 4 DVDs on 20th Dec 2013, paid £5 for delivery before Christmas. Arrived on 3rd Jan. Perhaps they meant next Christmas. All they offered was my £5 next day delivery charge back and blamed the courier company. Goods are fine but delivery promises are fiction.
