OK for prices but not great for delivery times I have used this company in the past but I find it takes them forever to send items out that are listed on the site as in stock causing me to have to chase up as no communication was given. I decided to use them again recently and again items have not been sent out for a while. I wont be using them again.

Great place to discover wonderful film I stumbled across MovieMail recently and thanks to them have been watching some wonderful films that I'd previously never heard of! Their prices seem reasonable and they promote a lot of foreign and older titles instead of the big hollywood films. My wife is a big fan of documentaries and I've found a few very good ones that she's enjoyed.

Scam Operator AVOID! Ordered two Box Sets which were never dispatched. Cancelled Order and was told that they have never taken money from a Credit Card, which was a lie. Have had to put matter in dispute with Credit Card company. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Delivery times much longer than promised Ordered 4 DVDs on 20th Dec 2013, paid £5 for delivery before Christmas. Arrived on 3rd Jan. Perhaps they meant next Christmas. All they offered was my £5 next day delivery charge back and blamed the courier company. Goods are fine but delivery promises are fiction.

Really? viewed - purchased - delivered - as simple as 123 was waiting and waiting for this title to be released on blu-ray - finally found it cheaper than Amazon! nice easy site to use - great customer service - thanks Jess
