I called then (waited over 10 mins to get through) only to be told it was discontinued!!!!!! i asked for a refund and they said someone will do it in few days! quick to charge you but then you have to wait for a refund...plus you have to do all the chasing. DODGY!!!!!!!

Delivery times much longer than promised Ordered 4 DVDs on 20th Dec 2013, paid £5 for delivery before Christmas. Arrived on 3rd Jan. Perhaps they meant next Christmas. All they offered was my £5 next day delivery charge back and blamed the courier company. Goods are fine but delivery promises are fiction.

Scam Operator AVOID! Ordered two Box Sets which were never dispatched. Cancelled Order and was told that they have never taken money from a Credit Card, which was a lie. Have had to put matter in dispute with Credit Card company. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Very poor communication, Jess is a liability. Very poor communication, never respond and the person there called Jess is abysmal, does she ever read or respond? I will never use this company again thanks to her complete lack of customer service and interest. Avoid like the plague.

Really? viewed - purchased - delivered - as simple as 123 was waiting and waiting for this title to be released on blu-ray - finally found it cheaper than Amazon! nice easy site to use - great customer service - thanks Jess
