Delivery times much longer than promised Ordered 4 DVDs on 20th Dec 2013, paid £5 for delivery before Christmas. Arrived on 3rd Jan. Perhaps they meant next Christmas. All they offered was my £5 next day delivery charge back and blamed the courier company. Goods are fine but delivery promises are fiction.

Great service, Reasonably priced. MovieMail are the best place to buy dvds from. They send out a monthly catalogue full of great films and TV and are always polite and helpful. The staff really know their stuff. Pricing is very reasonable if not always the cheapest. They are also an ethical company.

Very poor communication, Jess is a liability. Very poor communication, never respond and the person there called Jess is abysmal, does she ever read or respond? I will never use this company again thanks to her complete lack of customer service and interest. Avoid like the plague.

The only destination for UK film lovers They had some major hiccups last year following a change in ownership, but MovieMail remains the best place to find out about world cinema and vintage films coming to DVD and Blu-ray in the UK. If you only like blockbusters then they're not for you, but if you love foreign films and off-the-beaten-track gems you'll love it.
