Check delivery times I ordered a Cinema Paradiso dvd which eventually proved to be unobtainable. It took some time to sort this with Moviemail but they eventually agreed to provide, as an alternative, another dvd I also wanted. This was somewhat more expensive but they absorbed the extra cost. I suggest phoning to make sure your title is available in a reasonable time.

OK for prices but not great for delivery times I have used this company in the past but I find it takes them forever to send items out that are listed on the site as in stock causing me to have to chase up as no communication was given. I decided to use them again recently and again items have not been sent out for a while. I wont be using them again.

Very poor communication, Jess is a liability. Very poor communication, never respond and the person there called Jess is abysmal, does she ever read or respond? I will never use this company again thanks to her complete lack of customer service and interest. Avoid like the plague.

Delivery times much longer than promised Ordered 4 DVDs on 20th Dec 2013, paid £5 for delivery before Christmas. Arrived on 3rd Jan. Perhaps they meant next Christmas. All they offered was my £5 next day delivery charge back and blamed the courier company. Goods are fine but delivery promises are fiction.

Really? viewed - purchased - delivered - as simple as 123 was waiting and waiting for this title to be released on blu-ray - finally found it cheaper than Amazon! nice easy site to use - great customer service - thanks Jess
