Great place to discover wonderful film I stumbled across MovieMail recently and thanks to them have been watching some wonderful films that I'd previously never heard of! Their prices seem reasonable and they promote a lot of foreign and older titles instead of the big hollywood films. My wife is a big fan of documentaries and I've found a few very good ones that she's enjoyed.

Scam Operator AVOID! Ordered two Box Sets which were never dispatched. Cancelled Order and was told that they have never taken money from a Credit Card, which was a lie. Have had to put matter in dispute with Credit Card company. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Great service, Reasonably priced. MovieMail are the best place to buy dvds from. They send out a monthly catalogue full of great films and TV and are always polite and helpful. The staff really know their stuff. Pricing is very reasonable if not always the cheapest. They are also an ethical company.

Unscrupulous company Awful company with practices which border on the criminal. They'll take payment for items which they know (but don't tell the customer) are out of stock and then don't issue a refund, even though they know they won't be despatching the item, unless the customer chases it up....very unscrupulous

Very poor communication, Jess is a liability. Very poor communication, never respond and the person there called Jess is abysmal, does she ever read or respond? I will never use this company again thanks to her complete lack of customer service and interest. Avoid like the plague.
