Great service, Reasonably priced. MovieMail are the best place to buy dvds from. They send out a monthly catalogue full of great films and TV and are always polite and helpful. The staff really know their stuff. Pricing is very reasonable if not always the cheapest. They are also an ethical company.

Scam Operator AVOID! Ordered two Box Sets which were never dispatched. Cancelled Order and was told that they have never taken money from a Credit Card, which was a lie. Have had to put matter in dispute with Credit Card company. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Delivery times much longer than promised Ordered 4 DVDs on 20th Dec 2013, paid £5 for delivery before Christmas. Arrived on 3rd Jan. Perhaps they meant next Christmas. All they offered was my £5 next day delivery charge back and blamed the courier company. Goods are fine but delivery promises are fiction.

Really? viewed - purchased - delivered - as simple as 123 was waiting and waiting for this title to be released on blu-ray - finally found it cheaper than Amazon! nice easy site to use - great customer service - thanks Jess

Unscrupulous company Awful company with practices which border on the criminal. They'll take payment for items which they know (but don't tell the customer) are out of stock and then don't issue a refund, even though they know they won't be despatching the item, unless the customer chases it up....very unscrupulous
