I'm a girl from Taiwan, and I was looking for a movie which can't be seen in my country, so I sign up this web cause I thought it was free. But than I found out they didn't even have the movie I want! So I wanted to cancel it right after I found out. I've been sending emails to them in order to cancel my membership, but they never reply. And it's to expensive for me to make an international call. Who ever can help me, please tell me what to do......

Horrible I've tried numerous times to cancel my membership starting in the first 5 minutes after signing up, but never received a confirmation email. I still get charged every month!

TOTAL THIEVES!!!! Cancelled membership 12 months ago and they have continued to charged my card I cancelled my membership and had it confirmed over twelve months ago. I am doing my annual accounts today and have discovered they have continued to charge my cards - this is THEFT

REPORT THEM TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSIONER COMPANIES LIKE THIS ROB AMERICA AND THE PEOPLE INTO THE MILLIONS IF NOT BILLIONS OF DOLLARS COLLECTIVELY EACH MONTH. ITS OUR RESPONSIBILITIES TO REMOVE THEM FROM FUTURE PEOPLE LOOSING WEALTH FROM THEIR ESTATES.
