Nightmare!!! I've never heard of this company until today when I tried to pay one of my bills which was declined, around the same time I recieved a text from my bank asking me to verify recent activity on my account, cinemaden had taken an unauthorised sum of £24.95 out of my account which has led to my bank card being cancelled !!! I'm extremely pi***d off to say the least! Avoid at all cost

Cinemaden is a scam I agree they are a scam. I am still trying to get my money back. Even though I have cancelled twice via their email service (and obviously I have as I can't sign in) they have continued to charge me for three months. I cancelled within 20 minutes of signing up after I noticed how poor their selection of movies are. Unfortunately I'm still waiting to hear from them and am considering approaching an ombudsman.

Do Not Join I enrolled for a free trial, and without my consent, was made into a Premium account holder. I went from being charged 1.19 for activating the account which was in itself a hidden cost, to being charged $49.98 which makes absolutely no sense for many reasons. Their practices are unfair and I strongly suggest you stay away from them. I have myself reported them to the proper agencies.

Fraudulent charges and incredibly rude customer service reps if you could even call them that I was charged for a service I had never even heard about, $39.95USD which converted to $53.52CAD for something I not only never heard about but never even signed up for. My initial phone call to the company resulted in the very rude representative hanging up on me, however my second call which sounded like the exact same individual was somewhat helpful. After telling her in my not so pleasant voice that if the funds were not refunded I would further my fraud investigation and make sure I caused one heck of a storm for this fraudulent company. After having voiced my opinion and frustration I was told the $39.95 would be refunded to me in 1-10 business days, today is March 9th, 2017 so the countdown begins. PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL when ordering or even browsing online. I have no doubt this company is a complete fraud and will scam anyone they can.

REPORT THEM TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSIONER COMPANIES LIKE THIS ROB AMERICA AND THE PEOPLE INTO THE MILLIONS IF NOT BILLIONS OF DOLLARS COLLECTIVELY EACH MONTH. ITS OUR RESPONSIBILITIES TO REMOVE THEM FROM FUTURE PEOPLE LOOSING WEALTH FROM THEIR ESTATES. ITS THE GOVERNMENT DUTY TO PROSECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE BEIGN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, THERE IS THE FTC AND THE FCC THAT NEEDS TO HEAR ALL OF YOUR COMPLAINTS COLLECTIVELY.
