I've emailed multiple times asking them to cancel my account for me. NO RESPONSE. It's an evil website It's an evil website. DON'T EVER GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION! ESPECIALLY YOUR ACCOUNT! I'm a girl from Taiwan, and I was looking for a movie which can't be seen in my country, so I sign up this web cause I thought it was free. But than I found out they didn't even have the movie I want! So I wanted to cancel it right after I found out. I've been sending emails to them in order to cancel my membership, but they never reply. And it's to expensive for me to make an international call. Who ever can help me, please tell me what to do......

Do Not Join I enrolled for a free trial, and without my consent, was made into a Premium account holder. I went from being charged 1.19 for activating the account which was in itself a hidden cost, to being charged $49.98 which makes absolutely no sense for many reasons. Their practices are unfair and I strongly suggest you stay away from them. I have myself reported them to the proper agencies.

im mad about these scammers on the 5th of march 2016 cinemaden took $53 dollars from my back and two days later the took $52 from my bank only today the 21/04/16 have i even heard of this stupid website so somehow the have take over 100 dollars from my bank i dont care about getting a refund i just 1 want them to stop taking money that doesnt belong to them and thinking thats its ok and 2 to stop people from sighing up and to make people see that they take money from people even thoughs who havent even heard from them or signed up for there stupid website

Horrible I've tried numerous times to cancel my membership starting in the first 5 minutes after signing up, but never received a confirmation email. I still get charged every month!
