I got scammed!!! Free site - NO way!!! Didn't see the part about being charged after 5 days. Never saw one movie! Then a charge appeared on my MasterCard statement. REALLY! Great scam because they can get away with it. You'd think they'd want happy customers. Obviously NOT!!! No more signing up for FREE sites.

Cinemaden is a scam I agree they are a scam. I am still trying to get my money back. Even though I have cancelled twice via their email service (and obviously I have as I can't sign in) they have continued to charge me for three months. I cancelled within 20 minutes of signing up after I noticed how poor their selection of movies are. Unfortunately I'm still waiting to hear from them and am considering approaching an ombudsman.

Nightmare!!! I've never heard of this company until today when I tried to pay one of my bills which was declined, around the same time I recieved a text from my bank asking me to verify recent activity on my account, cinemaden had taken an unauthorised sum of £24.95 out of my account which has led to my bank card being cancelled !!! I'm extremely pi***d off to say the least! Avoid at all cost

This is a scam site This is a scam site, Total Fraud if you were dumb enough to give your payment info like I was. The only number after searching for weeks to get ahold of a human is 1-877-800-1958 listed in the fine print under the terms do NOT use the automated part where you put your credit card info in to cancel membership put in 2 or 3 numbers and it will say please stay on the line for a rep to help you once you got them on the line they ask for your e-mail associated with the account. I asked for a confirmation number. They said they would send an e-mail ~ They have not as of yet.
