Do not use Cinema Den! Cinema den is a scam and has at the same time a poor selection of movies after my taste. The reason its a scam, is that they charge you nothing the first 5 days and then suddenly automaticly they charge 35 € for a premium membership without asking. (In theory theres nothing wrong with this, because i've signed up for it, but its a bad way to handle customers). Furthermore they charged me 0,99 € when I wanted to cancel my membership. I've seen it before and it stinks! DO NOT GIVE CINEMAN DEN YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!

Horrible I've tried numerous times to cancel my membership starting in the first 5 minutes after signing up, but never received a confirmation email. I still get charged every month!

It's an evil website It's an evil website. DON'T EVER GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION! ESPECIALLY YOUR ACCOUNT! I'm a girl from Taiwan, and I was looking for a movie which can't be seen in my country, so I sign up this web cause I thought it was free. But than I found out they didn't even have the movie I want! So I wanted to cancel it right after I found out. I've been sending emails to them in order to cancel my membership, but they never reply. And it's to expensive for me to make an international call. Who ever can help me, please tell me what to do......

This is a scam site This is a scam site, Total Fraud if you were dumb enough to give your payment info like I was. The only number after searching for weeks to get ahold of a human is 1-877-800-1958 listed in the fine print under the terms do NOT use the automated part where you put your credit card info in to cancel membership put in 2 or 3 numbers and it will say please stay on the line for a rep to help you once you got them on the line they ask for your e-mail associated with the account. I asked for a confirmation number. They said they would send an e-mail ~ They have not as of yet.
