CinemDen is a FRAUD! I've never signed, or accepted, any subscription from CinemaDen. Nevertheless, they have charged my bank account 39'99 USD in 8 months now! I don't even get access to their web-site. This is pure FRAUD!!

Fraudulent charges and incredibly rude customer service reps if you could even call them that I was charged for a service I had never even heard about, $39.95USD which converted to $53.52CAD for something I not only never heard about but never even signed up for. My initial phone call to the company resulted in the very rude representative hanging up on me, however my second call which sounded like the exact same individual was somewhat helpful. After telling her in my not so pleasant voice that if the funds were not refunded I would further my fraud investigation and make sure I caused one heck of a storm for this fraudulent company. After having voiced my opinion and frustration I was told the $39.95 would be refunded to me in 1-10 business days, today is March 9th, 2017 so the countdown begins. PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL when ordering or even browsing online. I have no doubt this company is a complete fraud and will scam anyone they can.

REPORT THEM TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSIONER COMPANIES LIKE THIS ROB AMERICA AND THE PEOPLE INTO THE MILLIONS IF NOT BILLIONS OF DOLLARS COLLECTIVELY EACH MONTH. ITS OUR RESPONSIBILITIES TO REMOVE THEM FROM FUTURE PEOPLE LOOSING WEALTH FROM THEIR ESTATES. ITS THE GOVERNMENT DUTY TO PROSECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE BEIGN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, THERE IS THE FTC AND THE FCC THAT NEEDS TO HEAR ALL OF YOUR COMPLAINTS COLLECTIVELY.

OUTRAGEOUS MONTHLY FEE!!!! The monthly fee is outrageous, not only that, if you download the video player it fills your computer with load of intrusive crap and they don't even have the movies they claim to have.

TOTAL THIEVES!!!! Cancelled membership 12 months ago and they have continued to charged my card I cancelled my membership and had it confirmed over twelve months ago. I am doing my annual accounts today and have discovered they have continued to charge my cards - this is THEFT
