Do not use Cinema Den! Cinema den is a scam and has at the same time a poor selection of movies after my taste. The reason its a scam, is that they charge you nothing the first 5 days and then suddenly automaticly they charge 35 € for a premium membership without asking. (In theory theres nothing wrong with this, because i've signed up for it, but its a bad way to handle customers). Furthermore they charged me 0,99 € when I wanted to cancel my membership. I've seen it before and it stinks! DO NOT GIVE CINEMAN DEN YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!

To hell with CinemaDen and their bloody cronies. If you idiots think that you can hide behind that crystal screen for long you're dead wrong. The long arm of the law will find you and REALLY spank your a**e. How dare you cheat others' money, saying it's a free trial period and then charging 50+ dollars for it, you despicable crooks! I had to change a bloody MasterCard because of you t***s! To hell with you all!

im mad about these scammers on the 5th of march 2016 cinemaden took $53 dollars from my back and two days later the took $52 from my bank only today the 21/04/16 have i even heard of this stupid website so somehow the have take over 100 dollars from my bank i dont care about getting a refund i just 1 want them to stop taking money that doesnt belong to them and thinking thats its ok and 2 to stop people from sighing up and to make people see that they take money from people even thoughs who havent even heard from them or signed up for there stupid website

This is a scam site This is a scam site, Total Fraud if you were dumb enough to give your payment info like I was. The only number after searching for weeks to get ahold of a human is 1-877-800-1958 listed in the fine print under the terms do NOT use the automated part where you put your credit card info in to cancel membership put in 2 or 3 numbers and it will say please stay on the line for a rep to help you once you got them on the line they ask for your e-mail associated with the account. I asked for a confirmation number. They said they would send an e-mail ~ They have not as of yet.

Terrible The selection is poor. CinemaDen Support is poor. a.)I've tried to cancel a dozen times, I never get an confirmation email so it will terminate charges. b.) I've emailed multiple times asking them to cancel my account for me. NO RESPONSE. Obviously a scam because any REAL business would have better ratings than everything I've seen, and much better support...
