Nightmare!!! I've never heard of this company until today when I tried to pay one of my bills which was declined, around the same time I recieved a text from my bank asking me to verify recent activity on my account, cinemaden had taken an unauthorised sum of £24.95 out of my account which has led to my bank card being cancelled !!! I'm extremely pi***d off to say the least! Avoid at all cost

I'm a girl from Taiwan, and I was looking for a movie which can't be seen in my country, so I sign up this web cause I thought it was free. But than I found out they didn't even have the movie I want! So I wanted to cancel it right after I found out. I've been sending emails to them in order to cancel my membership, but they never reply. And it's to expensive for me to make an international call. Who ever can help me, please tell me what to do......

CinemDen is a FRAUD! I've never signed, or accepted, any subscription from CinemaDen. Nevertheless, they have charged my bank account 39'99 USD in 8 months now! I don't even get access to their web-site. This is pure FRAUD!!

To hell with CinemaDen and their bloody cronies. If you idiots think that you can hide behind that crystal screen for long you're dead wrong. The long arm of the law will find you and REALLY spank your a**e. How dare you cheat others' money, saying it's a free trial period and then charging 50+ dollars for it, you despicable crooks! Horrible I've tried numerous times to cancel my membership starting in the first 5 minutes after signing up, but never received a confirmation email. I still get charged every month!
