About Kathleen's on 3rd

Among the storefronts in downtown beaver is a quaint little shop that has been there for the last 12 years. Kathleen’s is not only a staple of the town of Beaver, but to all of Beaver County and you really need to stop in to see what’s new! Kathleen started the shop in Beaver Falls a mere 37 years ago. The store had a short stop in Bridgewater before finally landing on the main street of Beaver. Visitors to Kathleen's know about quality products that stock the store shelves. From home decor to gifts, to local beeswax candles and jams and jellies, the everything to tickle your fancy. On April 1, 2016 a new “Kathleen” took the reins. The former owner decided it was time to retire so she chose a new face to carry on her legacy. Hello! I'm Jody McKay and my sidekick and partner-in-crime is Steve. We are the new faces of Kathleen's. Stop in and take a stroll through the shop, or sit and chat for awhile about all the new and wonderful things we are doing here. The shop covers multiple styles: country decor, Victorian and modern decor, and even a little French cottage, and farmhouse. Steve spends time in the wood shop making items for our DIY workshops and repairing pieces I insist on repainting with our unique line of Debi's DIY Clay Based Chalk Paints. The legacy lives on, but is constantly evolving. So stop by, we have something just for you. Jody McKay

Jody and Steve are so friendly and helpful! Jody and Steve are so friendly and helpful. Kathleen’s has unique merchandise. I always find something to buy when I am there. They also have wonderful classes that I enjoy signing up for.

I loved the flower pounding class at… I loved the flower pounding class at Kathleen’s. The owners were very personable and helpful while doing the craft. Reasonable price for the class. I’ll be back for other classes. Thank you!

Decor, DIY, craft workshops Stopped by during the wine and food pairing and tasted some delicious food and wine. Found some really unique decor for the fall and signed up for a fall workshop. I always find something cute to take home when I shop here. Be sure to stop next time you are in Beaver.

The birdhouses were so well… The birdhouses were so well constructed. Being with friends is always fun but the instructors were just amazing and added to our fun with their expertise. A daddy/daughter due joined us and it was so sweet to see these two together.
