So far so good! The sign up procedure was simple, easy, no hassle. I just cancelled a remote mailbox service that was a complete nightmare just trying to sign up so this was a very welcome change. Plus the price for the services provided is very reasonable!

Total trash experience Total trash experience. If you need absolutely nothing done, just a random address to hide behind then this may be helpful for you. Otherwise the service is terrible and very unhelpful. We just had a random box delivered to them and they refused to take photos of the box for us- which is supposed to be included in the service. They claimed they already took photos of the box which was completely UNTRUE. They took photos of the label. We could not see at all what the box was or who it was from or anything else. To get it forwarded to us would have cost between 50 and $450 . Explain please how this is a useful service if they can't even act as your remote mailbox as they claim to, and won't even send you a photo of a package you received?? I expect to get some sort of response claiming some abstract defense- but this is the facts of what happened and their service is terrible. We're with them for some time and have rarely asked for anything . When we one time need something they are completely unhelpful.

They are responsive, professional and you can get in touch with a human without waiting for hours on hold. Their prices are great, their services are superb and having the peace of mind that your mail is in good hands is the best part of the deal.
