Wanted to see if the heart shape… Wanted to see if the heart shape necklace picture that was placed in it was kind of light. Wanted them to darken a little more was not able to do. They tried to correct it which was nice of them to try. Other company's say that's all they can do. They offered refund if I did not like it. I keep them for the price was not bad. Mostly happy with my purchases I enjoy most of the items I purchased and prices are normally pretty reasonable - to dog tags were beautiful but faded quickly with wear as the engraving was not very deep -- wood desk sign I just bought looked big in pics but I ended up using as a gift tag because it was so small - you sent me a $20 off my next purchase which it would not let me use on my next purchase --but I've been buying from this company for about 3 years now so overall mostly satisfied.

Blamed it on UPS I ordered my items on Sunday, paid extra for 3day UPS, they charged my card and sent me notice that on Monday order was complete and UPS label was done. So 3 days should be Thurs or Friday at the latest. When I found out that the package would not get here until Saturday at 7Pm, it would be too late. When I called the answer was to refuse the package and when they got it back, then they would refund me. Wow, the items were candles for my mother that passed and were needed for the gathering we are having Saturday morning. Never did they ask to refund the shipping or over night a new order, just blamed UPS.
