Anniversary present I placed an order for my wife for our anniversary. It was semi-custom as the original was all white metal. I requested yellow gold. The customer service told me it would be 4 weeks which was tight for our occasion. They delivered early and the piece looks amazing! Would highly recommend.

Superb customer service and excellent product quality We ordered a custom engagement ring through New World Diamonds and to be honest we didn’t know what to expect. We had our hearts set on a lab diamond since they were a bit cheaper than a regular diamond. From the moment of our inquiry, Tina was such a pleasure to work with. She was in constant communication with us to ensure the custom ring was exactly what we wanted. We even had some setbacks (our ring was stolen in the mail) that Tina helped us work through. All in all, it was a tremendous experience with New World Diamonds. The engagement ring and wedding band are absolutely perfect and superb quality. We are extremely happy we chose this company.

selling incorrect diamond sizes I bought the 5ctw diamond tennis bracelet. The diamonds were not the size described on the website. They were supposed to be 2.8mm but measured with a precise scientific caliper they measured 2.17mm which is in line with the advertised size of the 3ctw bracelet. I returned the item hoping to get the correct size and the seller said that was the correct carat weight. I asked about the discrepancy in what was advertised and was informed that they did not need to answer that.
