Superb customer service and excellent product quality We ordered a custom engagement ring through New World Diamonds and to be honest we didn’t know what to expect. We had our hearts set on a lab diamond since they were a bit cheaper than a regular diamond. From the moment of our inquiry, Tina was such a pleasure to work with. She was in constant communication with us to ensure the custom ring was exactly what we wanted. We even had some setbacks (our ring was stolen in the mail) that Tina helped us work through.
