Incredibly amazing! Perfect touch to an 80th birthday celebration During the beautiful chaos of planning a surprise 80th birthday for my grandmother, with many of the guests coming from out of town a previous contract fell through. I remembered seeing Balloons by Q amongst my search and gave him a call. He was not only able to fulfill my request within a very short turnaround time, but also arrived on time! Punctuality is VERY important to me as many of my family/party guests are retired military, meaning if you’re early you’re on time. Q created the most beautiful accents which made the already magical evening even more incredible. I had several partygoers ask for his information, and my daughter has already put in her balloon request for next year. Balloons by Q has certainly earned a repeat customer out of me!

Wonderful surprise They created an amazing bouquet of balloons for a friend’s birthday and offered Sunday delivery (her birthday fell on a Sunday this year). Easy to order online and add comments about the order. I will definitely use them again!

Delivery a day late The company delivered the balloons a day late and did not include any notification of who the balloons were from. I only found out all of this when I called the recipient to see if she had received the balloons.
