Beyond My Expectation Words cannot express how much I love my cutting set!! My experience was far beyond my expectation! My order came quickly, it was wrapped perfectly and it was more than I ever dreamed of. The detail was so intricate and perfectly put. The glasses, the plate and even the forks were so beautiful I didn’t want to use them but of course we did!!! The engraving was phenomenal! The material was top quality and the crystals sparkled like diamonds!! Thank you Elena Honch for doing such an amazing job!! I wish I could give more stars!! Five just isn’t enough lol

Beautiful Set / Allow Extra Time for Replacements I ordered the complete set and boxes for our future daughter-in-law and Son. The end product is beautiful. The communication when confirming the font and expectations was a difficult and painful progress. I didn't get exactally what I wanted, but the end result worked out. The plate box for storage is not padded or lined, so I had to do that after receipt. The spelling on the knife and server was incorrect, however they corrected the issue promptly. The replacement knife detail wasn't glued correctly. Overall, I would purchase, just prepare yourself.

I received my toasting flutes today I received my toasting flutes today. They are stunning…the pictures shown on Facebook are a true representation of the finished product. Communication was great throughout the process to insure they were just as I envisioned. Well done!!

First I will say that the flutes and… First I will say that the flutes and cake server are absolutely beautiful!! I was so happy and I know my daughter will be too. The quality of these items are beyond my expectations. The customer service was prompt and very helpful! Due to my error, they were able to change the mistake I made with no questions asked. I highly recommend this great company for all other mother of the bride!
