GBMemorable and Unique Gift Process was easy, website is user-friendly, and product is quite unique and most memorable. This is the fifth star that I have purchased, and every recipient gifted has been delighted. I would have given my experience 5 stars; however, the emailed copies of the galaxy information, the star's position, etc. presents itself with an extremely dark background, which is difficult to read once it is printed.
