GBComputer generated image I purchased a 'drawing' in January 2023 for my nana as my grandad died. The lady on Whatsapp pushed and pushed to get the photos which I wasn't ready to send, then went ahead and added the wrong people into the 'drawing' leaving out my grandad. She tried to charge me £17.50 for a 'redraw' even though it was their mistake and quite obviously a computer generated image. I argued and explained that my grandad had died and they had left him out, so she agreed to 'redraw' the image. The images came practically immediately and were obviously not handdrawn as they are advertised. I'd never use this company again.
