Great Customer Service I ordered their song lyric custom picture and it arrived with some blemishes that happened during shipping. I reached out with pictures of the imperfections, and David reached out and apologized right away for the inconvenience. The team reprinted my picture, packed it with love and shipped it with no questions asked. The new picture arrived in perfect condition and my wife loves her Valentines gift. Don't plan on receiving your item when expected. According to the shipping schedule on your website, I should be receiving my purchase anytime now. Instead, it is showing that a label has been created but the USPS has not received the item to actually ship out. I am extremely unhappy and wish that I had done some better research before placing an order. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Happy with Final Product For starters, I would give this a 5 for quality of print product; and also customer service. However, I am giving it a 4 based on not receiving the correct order in the first place. I had to file a complaint with attached photos via email to customer service department. But, like their posted guarantee, they did come through and ultimately get it right and I am very happy with final product.
