Amazing and Unique - The Best Gift Ever! This was my first order with FamiPrints and I can't express how pleased I am with my order. I must admit I was nervous with the delay in delivery time since this is my first order; however, it was the holiday season that caused the delay. I sent several messages to inquire about my order and received rapid reponses each time from customer support. Upon receipt, both me and my husband were pleasantly surprised with the amazing craftsmanship and uniqueness of the product.I will definitely order again and again with FamiPrints.

Don't plan on receiving your item when expected. According to the shipping schedule on your website, I should be receiving my purchase anytime now. Instead, it is showing that a label has been created but the USPS has not received the item to actually ship out. I am extremely unhappy and wish that I had done some better research before placing an order. This is absolutely ridiculous.

It did take a little longer than I thought that it would but it was WELL WORTH the wait for such a personalized piece. I don't normally don't highly recommend any company but from my experience with them, I will for SURE order again from them and refer them to my family and friends. Completely satisfied overall!

I paid over $100 for a gift for my husband over a month ago, even paid extra for priority shipping, these people take your money and send confirmation emails saying your item shipped when reality that is a lie. It's been weeks and I haven't received anything but the same email multiple times, there is no number to call or any kind of help, all of their emails are the same.

Great Customer Service I ordered their song lyric custom picture and it arrived with some blemishes that happened during shipping. I reached out with pictures of the imperfections, and David reached out and apologized right away for the inconvenience. The team reprinted my picture, packed it with love and shipped it with no questions asked. The new picture arrived in perfect condition and my wife loves her Valentines gift. Thank you, team, for your great customer service!!
