I needed to contact customer service about an issue and they responded immediately! The customer service was great! I will order from them again!

I will not order with you again. Communicate with the buyer the approximate time to create the item, complete your quality controls, get it into the mail and the shipping time. I paid $17.99 for 2-3 day shipping. From the time I placed the order on October 30, the mailing label was created Nov 1, the blanket got in the mail on Nov 3, and the package arrived to SC on Nov 9 (NOT express shipping) and it was the WRONG BLANKET (a memorial blanket for an older person who died and not a NFL blanket for a 12 year old). Your team quickly responded, refunded the money for the express shipping with the first email (around Nov 5). They said they were going to remake the blanket. A new one was created Nov 10. It is now November 17th and the blanket is still not in SC (UPS say they have it and it is in NC per tracking)! Why did you not express ship the replacement! I will NEVER order from your company again.

So soft and beautiful! This sweet, soft little blanket, decorated with cute baby dragons, is absolutely perfect… Super soft, just the right size. I absolutely love it and so does my daughter-in-law for her new baby!

We did have a small and very fixable… We did have a small and very fixable incident and I did receive the incorrect order but it was fixed IMMEDIATELY and extremely professionally. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. We will be ordering through this site again!
