Great experience Great experience - great selection Found the unique Christmas ornament I was looking for. Communication was good (received updates- order confirmation, in production, shipped…). Received item very timely. Can’t wait to give this as a gift to commentate a special occasion for my son.

Zero Customer Service There was zero update on the status of my order and my numerous calls and emails went unacknowledged and unanswered. There was ZERO customer service. Item finally arrived outside of the projected window. The item itself was fine but I was a day away from contacting my credit card company and reporting he transaction as fraud. VERY CONCERNING.
