One of the items was shipped to the… One of the items was shipped to the wrong address and another was wrong size however customer service was very helpful. They sent a new item to the right address and sent the other one withe the right size. The quality of the items is very good. After the corrections were made, I was very happy with the purchase

Don't order the donkey metal sign I ordered the donkey metal sign. It came in really blurry. I contacted the company telling them I would like to send it back and be refunded. After several emails they keep saying that they know the metal can be blurry and that they will send it on a canvas instead. I do not want the picture on a canvas. What I ordered was defective and they obviously knew that the quality was not great on the metal. Why make them then? After 7 emails, still no instructions on return/refund. Stay away from this company. It also took a long time to get, so don't really believe they are in the US.
