GBTerrible customer service I ordered a shirt and made a mistake entering names. I immediately emailed customer service to ask for a correction. Emailed them within 3 minutes of order. They acknowledged that email. I followed up and they told me that I needed to have emailed within two hours. I told them I did and provided those emails. Customer service has ignored me since. I received my shirt with the wrong spelling on it. All I needed was one letter added. Complete joke.

AUVery impressed with the quality and… Very impressed with the quality and speed of delivery. A little disappointed that the transaction was in US$ which made the purchase about A$15-00 dearer than competitors prices. However I can't compare their quality to quantify. Still pretty happy with the purchase.

GBPoor product, bad followup communication So far I have been bombarded with emails about offers and deals and spam. I still have my original broken order that was supposed to be replaced and I have not received a shipping update or any communication about when I should receive this. This is for Mothers Day which is now 2 weeks away. The first order took over 2 weeks to arrive so I am fearful that this replacement will not arrive in time.

AUWas sceptical ordering from overseas… Was sceptical ordering from overseas ....only thing wrong was i put wrong P O box number for delivery..my fault....but the parcel had been delivered on time ...just not to me...my local post office had the parcel on the counter when i walked in to enquire,,,all ended well...congrats wander on good service...will certainly use again when i can
