Customer service Customer service. I sent an email and got no response

Boxes are cute, but I have tried to cancel the auto renew multiple times and am still being charged. Absolutely no response from Vibe Alley customer service after multiple tries. The worst. Cannot cancel auto renew. Absolutely no response from customer service after several attempts. Horrible experience.

These boxes are beautiful & a huge hit! These boxes and the adorable items within them have been a HUGE hit with my bright, young, extraordinary nieces ages ranging from 9-19! Thank you, Vibealley!
