Sejour Savoureux My wife was given a Sejour Savoureux voucher. The website is poorly designed and the choice of accommodation was very limited. When we finally found somewhere and got a booking confirmation, the owner of the property mailed us to say they'd stopped working with Smart box 2 years ago. Receiving the voucher was nice but cash would have made life much easier.

Mother's day gift went wrong they have removed my review which sounds even more annoying and tricky ! I ordered this box for mother's day gift although paid more for fast delivery but we received the gift 3-4 working days after the mother's day , the package is for traveling in Italy and sent to us from France just like a joke! where I have to write on Smartbox.fr ! I won't ever buy for someone I love cause other than delivery extra charges for no reason options are too tight after all and I was more shy for getting this gift than being happy ! P.s I've received few emails in French to proceed something with my previous review before they remove it so I will make sure to add all screenshots this time! I hate too , to waste my time to write this review !

Box no longer validI was given a smartbox for my birthday… I was given a smartbox for my birthday last year to a Michelin star restaurant. We made reservations this year and the box was to be good into 2024. On the way to the restaurant we were rung by the manager of the restaurant telling us the smart box was no longer valid and we had to go online and redo it. It was all based on a rise in price for the meal that was offered. I find this unacceptable.
