The monogram looks great; stitching is very poor. The monogram looks great. However, the seam on the pillowcase is already apart after only one use. I have two other similar pillowcases that I have had for over five years and this has not happened with either of those.

Such a great product (and great customer support!) cannot say enough great things about this company! I ordered a set of towels for our baseball team and they were just ADORABLE and even better than I imagined. The quality of the printing and the towel itself truly blew me away. In addition, there was a minor issue with one of the towels and they immediately fixed it and sent out another one. Great customer service on top of a great product makes me enthusiastically recommend them to everyone!

four CUTE matching towels I ordered four matching, personalized towels--they arrived as promised in just under a week! They got a little bit plumper after I washed them. My only suggestion would be a "mid-production" contact with the customer instead of only an email when the order was placed and a shipping email, though both of those were great.

AWFUL MISREPRESENTATION PHOTO! This is one of the biggest cases of misrepresentation I've yet to see online. Beach towel presented with monogram doing vertical, arrived horizontal. The size of the beach towel is for an American Girl Doll, not a human! It is almost for a hair towel. PItiful. And purchases 2 before spring break. Waste of $50!
