Long production time, good quality Order was taking forever to be made (over 3 weeks) but custom service was great about helping to get it shipped as quickly as possible and changing the shipping address to ensure I had it for the date I needed it for. Quality of product met expectations. Highly recommend ordering much earlier than you think you need them.

MonogramOnline… DONT DO IT! What went wrong with my order???? EVERYTHING! Worst of all their customer service “person”. Need I spell his name?My assumption is this is a one man show! So argumentative and frankly rude. If a customer isn’t happy, aren’t you supposed to make them happy? Cost of doing business? Not this company! I NEVER dealt with this kind of customer service. I ordered 10 beach towels, cheap quality but hey, I didn’t get my hands on them to assess the quality so I took the chance . The printing is another story.It was not legible on several towels and I just wanted it rectified.No such luck. BE WARNED this online shopping experience was like none other.

Dissatisfied with bracelet I am completely dissatisfied with my bracelet. It looks like something I could have purchased at Walmart for half of the price. One of three things happened: 1) I ordered the wrong one. The one I thought I ordered was thinner and definitely more feminine, 2) This is a men's bracelet or 3) I was sent the wrong one by accident. Additionally it took far too long to receive. Is it possible to return the bracelet for credit ?

Photograph pillows and photograph… Photograph pillows and photograph blankets are what I decided to do for everybody for their Christmas gifts this year. I have one more order to make but everything I have ordered this far has been absolutely perfect! I do recommend monogram online.

Product was just as advertised and… Product was just as advertised and arrived as promised. Only criticism I have is that perhaps you could offer hair and skin color alternatives for the Superhero pillowcase, as my granddaughter is into superheroes but the only one offered is more of a little boy look... which I got for her but she has long dark hair :)
