USSuch a great product (and great customer support!) cannot say enough great things about this company! I ordered a set of towels for our baseball team and they were just ADORABLE and even better than I imagined. The quality of the printing and the towel itself truly blew me away. In addition, there was a minor issue with one of the towels and they immediately fixed it and sent out another one. Great customer service on top of a great product makes me enthusiastically recommend them to everyone!

USThe monogram looks great; stitching is very poor. The monogram looks great. However, the seam on the pillowcase is already apart after only one use. I have two other similar pillowcases that I have had for over five years and this has not happened with either of those.

USMonogramOnline… DONT DO IT! What went wrong with my order???? EVERYTHING! Worst of all their customer service “person”. Need I spell his name?My assumption is this is a one man show! So argumentative and frankly rude. If a customer isn’t happy, aren’t you supposed to make them happy? Cost of doing business? Not this company! I NEVER dealt with this kind of customer service. I ordered 10 beach towels, cheap quality but hey, I didn’t get my hands on them to assess the quality so I took the chance . The printing is another story.It was not legible on several towels and I just wanted it rectified.No such luck. BE WARNED this online shopping experience was like none other.

USI love the product I love the product. There was an issue at first with receiving the product but once corrected I received the medic alert bracelet. It is gorgeous and was worth the wait. Your customer service is great.
