Disappointing I ordered two of the bear families and although they are cute , the nose is in completely the wrong place on a couple of them spoiling the look . There must be no quality check after production . For what it costs - it’s disappointing, and even more so in them being gifts .

I have never been so disappointed in my life to this. it is utterly garbage, i paid $60 for one glass and i cant believe you guys shipped that to me. the picture is super small, and i cant even see the names. do you guys really ship items without checking? it is really really bad. i wanted to give this to my friend for her birthday, i am ashamed to give this, there is no way i would give this glass as a gift to anyone. i am more mad that i paid this much money for one glass. very disappointed customer
