An error was made on your part by… An error was made on your part by failing to put the persons name and the dates on the plaque and when I contacted the company they were very quick to correct their mistake and get it sent to me in time for the date I needed the plaque. I was very pleased with this company and will use them again.

Remembrance t-shirts First order of shirts were incorrect (purple one was supposed to say "widow" instead of "widower" since I got it for my mom and it said how the husband died, so the wife is the widow not the widower. They corrected this and gave us a new shirt free of charge. Also, the other 2 shirts I ordered (grey) were too small due to type of shirt style ordered. They fixed this as well and sent 2 new shirts that fit great at no charge also. 👏 🙂

It ended up being a custom order and even though they didn't have to they accommodated my request. It arrived via the USPS about a week or so later in perfect condition in a small box that had a pre-formed plastic protective device. CubeBik from its communications make it clear that they are genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction, which includes follow-ups as to how satisfied I was, offering future discounts, and encouraging me to rate my experience. Based on that, I am open to ordering more merchandise from them and hope they add a greater variety of Thomas Sowell quote mugs to their website for purchases.
