GBI originally asked for a Saturday… I originally asked for a Saturday delivery, but found out the recipients would not be home. I called to get an earlier delivery and my order was promptly delivered the next day. My nephew thought it was wonderful! I also received a refund for the extra charge for a Saturday delivery. Customer Service Rep, Simone, was great!

GBI purchased two baskets for Christmas … I purchased two baskets for Christmas for out of town family. Got rave reviews on both. Although I did not see them personally, both families said they thoroughly enjoyed the baskets, and the quality of its contents!

GBThank you Anna and Lisa!! I cannot stress this enough. My experience with California Delicious was WONDERFUL. We were going through a difficult time as I was shipping a sympathy basket. And a “sorry we are missing thanksgiving” basket. I manged to mess up BOTH orders. My brain was Swiss cheese that week. Luckily both Anna Consani and Lisa Consani caught my mistakes, and contacted me. They were so sweet and understanding. They got my orders to the right places and even covered the additional shipping costs. Who does that?! Thank you so very much CA Delicious. Especially Lisa and Anna for your incredible guest service!
