Great product, great service! I’ve used Primary Petals for many occasions and they always come through and exceed expectations! I ordered Mother’s Day flowers and candles for my mom and mother-in-law that were delivered on time, fresh and gorgeous and they were both so pleased. I contacted Primary Petals when I needed flowers on the fly during the pandemic when I didn’t feel safe getting to stores and they came through with a gorgeous bouquet that Carly hand-delivered herself! I’ve purchased bouquets for friends’ birthdays and now I have a beautiful Christmas wreath on my door thanks to Primary Petals. Their product is always fresh and beautiful and their service is outstanding. Thank you PP for making it easy to get pretty flowers anytime and anywhere!

Not just a beautiful arrangement but oh that packaging! Truly the absolute best delivery service for florals! Not only was the arrangement perfectly fresh and just what was envisioned, but the packaging as well! Brightened my family's day amidst a quarantine in bad weather... bringing a little bit of beauty back into perspective!

Service was great, but disappointed with product Service was great! everyone was responsive and I got tracking info on when the product was delivered. They also honored their coupon code. But the received product was extremely disappointing for the price and type of flowers delivered. My mother-in-law received a few carnations and some yellow flowers for $100. The bouquet looked cheap.

Attention to detail I ordered the quarantine bouquet for my sister to send some good vibes her way during this tough time, but in my absent mindedness I put my OWN address for delivery instead of hers! Once I realized my mistake, I rushed to send an email but before I even began to write I received a call from Chloe from Primary Petals. She noticed the billing and shipping were the same address and figured she’d reach out to make sure it was correct. Gotta love those Aussies! Not to mention my sister loved the bouquet!

Gorgeous bouquet sent across the country! We ordered flowers for our sister who lives in NC. We were hoping they would arrive fresh and beautiful and when she sent me a photo of the bouquet it was beautiful!! So many beautiful flowers and very interesting and different ones! Gorgeous. She was very pleased and so are we!!
