Will not use again Will not use again. Had to pay extra money for express everything! Not explained well online and had to call for explanation. Realized I had to pay for express printing AND express shipping. Will look other places or forgo napkins next time!

I got the wrong colour sent to me… I got the wrong colour sent to me initially but customer service was quite good and promptly sent the correct colour. The boxes are very nice but they don’t come assembled nor do they have any instructions on how to assemble them. Once again, the customer service is very good.

Product was pretty good Product was pretty good. The top was a little softer on the edges than I thought it would be. I only bought one set as a sample while exploring options for centerpieces. I thought the price for one set was very unreasonable, definitely not worth the 60 bucks after shipping. Buying in bulk is great but I wanted to check it out before buying. Glad I did. The product is nice enough, but not amazing. I ended up going with something else for my centerpieces.
