Always a great experience Have been using them for years for St Patrick's day events and Mardi Gras parties. Great selection and reasonable prices. Shipping not cheap because of the weight (I order a lot of beads!) but always very fast which is important to me since I often wait too long to place an order. They have wide selection of items They have wide selection of items. Second order I have made. Items always arrive within a few days. Shipping was fair. Some other Mardi Gras suppliers will offer fantastic prices, but make up the difference on charging 2-3 times fair shipping costs. Most of the items were good quality as described. Only received two items that looked better in photos, but still ok for the price. Will buy from again.

This business is as crooked as they… This business is as crooked as they come. I ordered 2 rolls of 10" red mesh. I got one that was 9 1/4" and the other just a pinch over 10". One was also significantly thinner than the other....meaning it didn't have 10 yards. When asked to correct the problem, I was told I should just get a refund and go elsewhere. How does a business with such poor customer service survive? I don't think this one will. Hope they go out of business. I hated even giving them 1 star. They deserve none.
