DKReally nice service! Really nice service! As soon as they found out that one package was lost in the shipment, they immediately sent another one while they were trying to resolve the problem. Resulting in the receiver to actually get both! That he got to keep! That's real good conduct of business!

DEBiggest mistake ever ,never again Biggest mistake ever ,never again . A lot of stuff missing in the order that was sent out . Many emails later finally someone nice enough to help and delivery gets messed up .I requested the that the receipt would be notified before delivery to make sure that someone was home and nope they tried to deliver, no one home left a note and now they are supposed to pick it up 90 minutes away 3 days later by than they can take some of the gift and throw it away . I am more than disappointed I feel screwed !

GBI had very bad experience with this… I had very bad experience with this company. Unfortunately my basket was never delivered. Very disappointed and extremely not recommended this business. Very bad and not professional customer service and communication. Please be aware from this business. PS On this day, my parents celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary and were forced to be at home all day to receive this gift from me. No one from your company even tried to contact them or me, although you had all our phone numbers. Nobody called to apologize. Your company ruined our anniversary for all of us. And please tell everyone how after my order was placed you wanted to exchange a package of expensive cheese ( it was out of stock) for a pack of cheap crackers, assuring that it was the same, and then when my order was not delivered you wanted to buy my silence first for $40 and then when I refused it you increased it to $65. And how can people do business with you after this?

GBGreat Products and Service- would highly recommend! Ordered champagne and flowers for my niece’s birthday who was studying abroad and couldn’t be happier with the service, communication, and quality of their products. I was hesitant at first as it was being sent overseas, but they delivered quickly (within 2 days) and as promised keeping in touch every step of the way. A little pricey but definitely worth every dollar spent. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great experience.
