Perfect as usual! Heather and team always go above and beyond to make sure the order is right. We are longtime customers and the cookies are consistently delicious, but the service takes the experience to the next level. There was a glitch on the website when I ordered, and Heather reached out and personally made sure I got exactly what I wanted, when I wanted. And the cookies are perfect. Soft but fully cooked, flavorful, and just the right size. Top Shelf is our favorite place to get cookies and I don't see that ever changing.

Approved by studying nurses Cookies were a hit for studying for finals ! First package was lost in the mail - and they were re-shipped . Both packages arrived in the mailroom eventually - so the whole suite enjoyed while studying . These future nurses gave them a 5 out of 5 . Great gift I tried these a farmer's market this summer- delicious. Right then, I knew they would make a great holiday gift- nice to send someone out of state a little taste of Boston. Their favorite was Winter Lagerland.
