FRIENDLY BUT CHARGED ME TWICE!!! They get 10 stars in customer service, and product. They get NO stars in billing!!!!! After ordering I realized I hadn't been charged over 2 weeks later so I called my bank, then call them. They said that they appreciated my honesty & said they'd charge my account right away and allow me a 20% discount on my next purchase. The charge went thru my account then I noticed that a week later they charged me AGAIN!!! An extra $105............... I was just asked to edit my review of this company via email . Money was returned to my account 7 days later after a weeks worth of calls/emails to my bank & Popart, and It's likely that I'll never use this company again. No offense Tyler.

I found AllPopArt.com on another site because I was looking for something very special for my Sister and Brother-in-Laws silver wedding anniversary. I sent in a photo of their trip to a beautiful B&B that they stayed at in Pennsylvania. I was afraid that the final art would not look like my sister and bro-in-law, but I was so wrong!
