CAI recently ordered two bouquets to be… I recently ordered two bouquets to be delivered on the 8th for mother's Day, one did indeed show up then but the other showed up on the 4th which is incredibly early. Would of been good to at least get an email or something indicating it would be coming so much earlier/not the day I chose to ensure the recipient is home. The flowers themselves have been fresh and beautiful though!

CACustomer Service! Thank you abcFlora! I’m in Canada and wanted to send flowers to Mexico for my cousins 50th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately I put in the wrong address, panicking I emailed abcFlora and got an immediate reply. My cousin received the bouquet on time and was very pleased with the flowers.

GBLIARS, DO NOT TRUST On 11-12-23, I wrote a review about the awful experience I had with this company: they did not deliver flowers on time for my mother's funeral in Dorado, Puerto Rico. The following day, someone (he/she simply signed "abcFlora") replied offering endless apologies and excuses for the lack of service (see their reply in my earlier review). They further stated that a full refund would be issued. Liars, it never happened! I had PayPal intervene to get the refund and on 12-8-23 it was rejected because abcFloral told them the order was fulfilled (yeah, AFTER the funeral took place!). This company does not care and will write anything on social media to appear trustworthy! Do not trust them.

DEAbsFlowers is a very reliable partner By AbcFlowers I odered from Germany a gift for my daughter in Norway. It was timely and duly delived. The flowers were very beautiful and fresh. GBSending flowers from US to Norway I recently placed an order for birthday flowers for a friend in Norway. Shortly after, I received an email saying the tulips that I requested might be out of season and could they substitute with a fresh, colorful bouquet. I said yes and waited nervously for the results. Happily, the flower arrived a day early and my friend was overjoyed with them. She sent a picture and they were indeed very beautiful. Job well done!
