Great for selling our pint glasses on display I ordered a clearance item and was pleasantly surprised on the speedy delivery, shipment communication, and the quality of the packaging. I am very happy with our packaging for our pint glasses on our sale shelves. They now look a lot more presentable and giftable.

Nice quality and cute! I ordered chevron printed beach bags for my bridesmaids. I was able to fit their fur shawls, wedding hair accessories, jewelry, their husband's ties and a little self care kit for the wedding. (Ibuprofen, chapstick, lotion, mints, etc.) Each bag has their first initial so we will know whose is whose when we're all getting ready. They're roomy and I know they will be able to use them again.

Very pleased with my purchases! The items that I ordered from The Knot Shop have all arrived quickly and were as described while also being at a great price. The monogrammed bridal party robes are lovely! They are a much better quality than ones I have seen on other sites for the same price. The cocktail napkins that I purchased for the wedding and engagement party were just what we were looking for and came within a week. I have no complaints whatsoever with the items I purchased from The Knot Shop and will be using them again.

Poor Quality and Outcome The cocktail napkins shown online as a proof before placing the order look nothing like what was delivered. The letters weren't evenly spaced and were different heights in the monogram. Customer service said the online proof you see is not representative of the product you will receive. They offered to reprint the napkins but said the same issues with the first round would be present in the second one. Then, why offer to run it?

Beautiful small stemless wine glasses! We're very happy with the personalized small stemless wine glasses that we are giving as favors at our wedding reception. They're beautiful. They came very well packaged; zero breakages out of 150. They were delivered fast too. This was a great experience with The Knot.
