I never received the email so kept checking my order status in hopes it would at least say "processing" it never did. Then I started looking up reviews, saw all the bad ones and started panicking. I emailed them explaining I had even got a processing email and asked if it had been sent or anything. They responded WITHIN THE HOUR with a very nice and helpful email including my tracking number which says it will be delivered in a couple days, as it said on the site. Very happy with their customer service.
