GBGreat company I placed two separate orders. The first order I placed on Jan. 29, and had shipped ground and have still not received it as of today Feb. 6. However, my second order that I placed on Jan. 31 and had shipped priority 2-3day I recieved on Feb. 1. I love the variety that this site offers on hard to find items for my teenage kids. Lesson learned from my experience is to pay a little extra and have the package shipped priority.

GBDONT BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS DONT BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS I placed an order 4 days ago, I received the email that stated it would send a tracking number 24-48 hours after my order was placed. I never received the email so kept checking my order status in hopes it would at least say "processing" it never did. Then I started looking up reviews, saw all the bad ones and started panicking. I emailed them explaining I had even got a processing email and asked if it had been sent or anything. They responded WITHIN THE HOUR with a very nice and helpful email including my tracking number which says it will be delivered in a couple days, as it said on the site. Very happy with their customer service.

CAAwesome! So i ordered a pair of UFO pants from bewild.com. I needed them asap! (In one week) im in Canada. I emailed them asking if they could try to get them to me asap without having to pay an extra 44$ for shipping.... THEN... I read reviews for the site... They were ALL bad!!! I started freaking out, stressing...Had a hard time with tracking too... But then... Pants arrived within 6 days!!!! So pumped!!

GBRUN as fast and as far as you can to a better vendor! UPDATE (only a few minutes later, I know) After the repeated bad phone call experience this morning I received a call from a the owner and he was very nice, very polite, and in general single-handedly restored my faith in a company that I have relied on for so many years. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! You will be ripped off, hung up on, yelled at, belittled, and otherwise cheated of your money. Keep your money. Find somewhere else, a vendor that does not feel that customer service is not a worthwhile investment and that a customer is more than an excuse to be rude! I purchased such an innocuous item, shoes, china flats in pale pink. After two weeks, and being yelled at by no less than 4 "customer service representatives" for complaining that the shoes are the wrong size, and then that 'replacement' was an offensive color, I was told that my concerns were rude, aggressive and badgering. While I have purchased from this company in the past with no issue, I was shocked, appalled, and offended that a company taking my money would feel free to abuse my patronage in such away. RUN, Run far far far away. There are much better vendors out there that will actually treat you with respect! If it were possible to leave no stars, I would have.

GBThis site is bomb This site is bomb. I ordered 2 pairs of ghast pants and a tee and it came in 3 days, super fast shipping. Everything came in perfect new condition. If you decide to order something make sure you double check the size charts because sizing may differ between brands and things, but all my stuff fits perfect and im loving it, A++
