No complaints They are quick to respond with polite responses, have quality products. As mentioned, quick responses to all inquiries. Waiting for something from overseas can be nerve wracking but they stand by their products and answer any and all questions. Great to deal with.

Beware of this company Beware of this company! They are selling images that they have no rights to. One of my images of ACDC is up on their site and is being sold illegally!! Please do not buy any products from this company as they do not play by the rules and after several attempts to contact them they blatantly ignore my requests.

I ordered two puzzles for my mom who is… I ordered two puzzles for my mom who is 75 years old~ I have to say that the order did take 18 days to arrive and I was getting a bit nervous~ however, the id team & Mr. Simon gave usps tracking info and stayed in perfect email communication with me the entire time. My puzzles arrived yesterday and are Wonderful! They were also packaged very nice and even came with two glossy 8x10 photos of the photos that are printed on the puzzle pieces ~ a added bonus that my mom will just love!
