However, the best thing was the customer support after a minor malfunction with one of the zippers on the bag. After providing The Man Registry with images of what happened, they shipped out a completely new bag at no cost with the same custom initials. Highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service I used The Man Registry for the first time recently and was very surprised and pleased. The customer service was excellent. I had ordered leather weekender duffle bags for the groomsmen and was happy with the gifts, but decided (at the last minute) to add the dopp (toiletry) bags. I contacted The Man Registry customer service and asked if it was possible to rush the order (within 3 days), embroid the initials and get them to me, they did!
