Picture was sent and when received the… Picture was sent and when received the whole thing was reversed. I received an email stating congratulations on receiving my gift and to reply if any issues. I did. The next email was saying thank you for the greet feedback. The items were expensive and I am sure I could have gone somewhere else, had better quality, and cheaper. I will not be ordering again nor do I recommend using this company.

They even provided a link to show me how to remove the protective covering on each ornament. I will use this company again for any future needs.

Precision cut around “stuff” in picture yields for me way more than holiday ornament- they are visual reminders of moments in life. Price point was low and came safely packaged. Bottom line? Thank you. More orders to come!
