Cutest undies ever! I ordered customized undies for my sweetie for Valentine’s Day and am beyond pleased with them! They are so cute and perfect, and his reaction to them was even better than I hoped for! I received emails keeping me up to date with the progress as well as shipping. I knew almost immediately when they were delivered and since I had them shipped to him that meant a lot. Will definitely be ordering again and would recommend to anyone!

I never received my order and my money… I never received my order and my money was taken and they keep sending the same generic email. This place is a scam! Do not order from them. I ordered a retired teacher purse.

Two orders received, and a third on its way! This is the second photo ornament I have received from A Gift Customized. I also have a third ornament on order. I have been very pleased with the products. They have arrived securely packaged, and looking great. The photo quality is very good, and it's a nice touch that the ornaments come with three types of 'hangers': red ribbon, twine, gold string. I also get a real kick out of the fun, thorough, and upbeat emails that accompany every stage of my order from placement to shipping to delivery. Based on my experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend A Gift Customized!

I ordered custom crocs from this… This company has blocked me on all of their social media sites! This company is a scam! ordered custom crocs from this company. I received 3-4 sizes too big! They ignored me telling me it was my error. After research, I found their sizing chat was incorrect. They finally agreed to correct the error & ship me the correct size. I got the replacement much later & the sizing is still wrong! They blamed me again, but their understanding is the issue! Their now ignoring me once again! Please assist me with getting my refund! I hate this company!
