Picture was sent and when received the… Picture was sent and when received the whole thing was reversed. I received an email stating congratulations on receiving my gift and to reply if any issues. I did. The next email was saying thank you for the greet feedback. The items were expensive and I am sure I could have gone somewhere else, had better quality, and cheaper. I will not be ordering again nor do I recommend using this company.

Awesome photo ornament & Key chains I ordered a Xmas ornament from a photo it turned out beautiful I ordered a key chain and it came but the back was brown. I emailed them I was disappointed and they emailed me immediately saying the brown paper peeled off. Oops, my mistake, I peeled the paper off and it was a wonderful as my ornament. Cutest undies ever! I ordered customized undies for my sweetie for Valentine’s Day and am beyond pleased with them! They are so cute and perfect, and his reaction to them was even better than I hoped for! I received emails keeping me up to date with the progress as well as shipping.
