Anyway we had both formal and a little bit "crazy" group shots I loved your "this is my Family" ornament and felt the Crazy photo was a perfect fit!! Not only is your customer service informative.... but I loved receiving fun quirky updates keeping me posted along the way! The final product was amazing and now each family in the photo has a memento of a very special day with our Dad/Pepere! Beautiful Gifts! I had ornaments made for Christmas gifts and everyone LOVES them! The pictures are clear, colors are crisp. They were delivered in a timely manner, and the packaging was secure. I ordered custom crocs from this… This company has blocked me on all of their social media sites! This company is a scam! ordered custom crocs from this company. I received 3-4 sizes too big! They ignored me telling me it was my error. After research, I found their sizing chat was incorrect. They finally agreed to correct the error & ship me the correct size. I got the replacement much later & the sizing is still wrong! They blamed me again, but their understanding is the issue! Their now ignoring me once again! Please assist me with getting my refund! I hate this company!

Precision cut around “stuff” in picture yields for me way more than holiday ornament- they are visual reminders of moments in life. Price point was low and came safely packaged. Bottom line?
