Picture was sent and when received the… Picture was sent and when received the whole thing was reversed. I received an email stating congratulations on receiving my gift and to reply if any issues. I did. The next email was saying thank you for the greet feedback. The items were expensive and I am sure I could have gone somewhere else, had better quality, and cheaper. I will not be ordering again nor do I recommend using this company.

These folks are great These folks are great! We ordered 3 different pictures and the resulting ornaments are beautiful. They kept us informed of the progress with very entertaining emails. The finished product is wonderful and when the tree comes down, they will all be proudly displayed all year long! We ordered multiples of each picture and they will make great gifts.

We had two ornaments made from our wedding photos, one from our honeymoon, and two for our annual gift of ornaments to our grandson. They are perfect! Yes, they are difficult to remove the plastic protection, but patience helps. Will definitely order more in the future. What added to wanting to order again was that the fact that I procrastinated (as usual) and I still received them in time for Christmas.
