I have been very pleased with the products. They have arrived securely packaged, and looking great. The photo quality is very good, and it's a nice touch that the ornaments come with three types of 'hangers': red ribbon, twine, gold string. I also get a real kick out of the fun, thorough, and upbeat emails that accompany every stage of my order from placement to shipping to delivery. Based on my experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend A Gift Customized!

Precision cut around “stuff” in picture yields for me way more than holiday ornament- they are visual reminders of moments in life. Price point was low and came safely packaged. Bottom line? Picture was sent and when received the… Picture was sent and when received the whole thing was reversed. I received an email stating congratulations on receiving my gift and to reply if any issues. I did. The next email was saying thank you for the greet feedback. The items were expensive and I am sure I could have gone somewhere else, had better quality, and cheaper. I will not be ordering again nor do I recommend using this company.

I never received my order and my money… I never received my order and my money was taken and they keep sending the same generic email. This place is a scam! Do not order from them. I ordered a retired teacher purse.
