Picture was sent and when received the… Picture was sent and when received the whole thing was reversed. I received an email stating congratulations on receiving my gift and to reply if any issues. I did. The next email was saying thank you for the greet feedback. The items were expensive and I am sure I could have gone somewhere else, had better quality, and cheaper. I will not be ordering again nor do I recommend using this company.

I love my two custom ornaments I love my two custom ornaments. They turned out even better than I expected. A Gift Customized did an exceptional job keeping me informed at each step. They even provided a link to show me how to remove the protective covering on each ornament. I will use this company again for any future needs.

Anyway we had both formal and a little bit "crazy" group shots I loved your "this is my Family" ornament and felt the Crazy photo was a perfect fit!! Not only is your customer service informative.... but I loved receiving fun quirky updates keeping me posted along the way! The final product was amazing and now each family in the photo has a memento of a very special day with our Dad/Pepere! I will definitely be a repeat customer as well as share the website with everyone!! Keep doing what you're doing!!
