Anyway we had both formal and a little bit "crazy" group shots I loved your "this is my Family" ornament and felt the Crazy photo was a perfect fit!! Not only is your customer service informative.... but I loved receiving fun quirky updates keeping me posted along the way! The final product was amazing and now each family in the photo has a memento of a very special day with our Dad/Pepere! Beautiful ornament Had lots of trouble with first shipment, but customer service took care of it and eventually I received my ornament and it looks beautiful, can’t wait to hang it on my Christmas tree this year.
