I did. The next email was saying thank you for the greet feedback. The items were expensive and I am sure I could have gone somewhere else, had better quality, and cheaper. We had two ornaments made from our wedding photos, one from our honeymoon, and two for our annual gift of ornaments to our grandson. They are perfect! Yes, they are difficult to remove the plastic protection, but patience helps. Will definitely order more in the future. What added to wanting to order again was that the fact that I procrastinated (as usual) and I still received them in time for Christmas.
