I have been very pleased with the products. They have arrived securely packaged, and looking great. The photo quality is very good, and it's a nice touch that the ornaments come with three types of 'hangers': red ribbon, twine, gold string. I also get a real kick out of the fun, thorough, and upbeat emails that accompany every stage of my order from placement to shipping to delivery. BEST MEMORY ORNAMENTS EVER. BEST MEMORY ORNAMENTS EVER. I saw your ads and couldn't have been happier when the five ornaments I ordered arrived. Well, maybe I could have, had I actually ordered more. We had two ornaments made from our wedding photos, one from our honeymoon, and two for our annual gift of ornaments to our grandson. They are perfect! Yes, they are difficult to remove the plastic protection, but patience helps. Will definitely order more in the future. What added to wanting to order again was that the fact that I procrastinated (as usual) and I still received them in time for Christmas.

I did. The next email was saying thank you for the greet feedback. The items were expensive and I am sure I could have gone somewhere else, had better quality, and cheaper. I will not be ordering again nor do I recommend using this company.
