Two orders received, and a third on its way! This is the second photo ornament I have received from A Gift Customized. I also have a third ornament on order. I have been very pleased with the products. They have arrived securely packaged, and looking great. The photo quality is very good, and it's a nice touch that the ornaments come with three types of 'hangers': red ribbon, twine, gold string. I also get a real kick out of the fun, thorough, and upbeat emails that accompany every stage of my order from placement to shipping to delivery. Precision cut around “stuff” in picture yields for me way more than holiday ornament- they are visual reminders of moments in life. Price point was low and came safely packaged. Bottom line? Beautiful ornament Had lots of trouble with first shipment, but customer service took care of it and eventually I received my ornament and it looks beautiful, can’t wait to hang it on my Christmas tree this year.
