I have been very pleased with the products. They have arrived securely packaged, and looking great. The photo quality is very good, and it's a nice touch that the ornaments come with three types of 'hangers': red ribbon, twine, gold string. Cutest undies ever! I ordered customized undies for my sweetie for Valentine’s Day and am beyond pleased with them! They are so cute and perfect, and his reaction to them was even better than I hoped for! I received emails keeping me up to date with the progress as well as shipping. I knew almost immediately when they were delivered and since I had them shipped to him that meant a lot. Will definitely be ordering again and would recommend to anyone!

We had two ornaments made from our wedding photos, one from our honeymoon, and two for our annual gift of ornaments to our grandson. They are perfect! Yes, they are difficult to remove the plastic protection, but patience helps. Will definitely order more in the future. What added to wanting to order again was that the fact that I procrastinated (as usual) and I still received them in time for Christmas.
