I have been very pleased with the products. They have arrived securely packaged, and looking great. The photo quality is very good, and it's a nice touch that the ornaments come with three types of 'hangers': red ribbon, twine, gold string. I also get a real kick out of the fun, thorough, and upbeat emails that accompany every stage of my order from placement to shipping to delivery. I ordered custom crocs from this… This company has blocked me on all of their social media sites! This company is a scam! ordered custom crocs from this company. I received 3-4 sizes too big! They ignored me telling me it was my error. After research, I found their sizing chat was incorrect. They finally agreed to correct the error & ship me the correct size. I got the replacement much later & the sizing is still wrong! They blamed me again, but their understanding is the issue! Their now ignoring me once again! Please assist me with getting my refund! I hate this company!
