Two orders received, and a third on its way! This is the second photo ornament I have received from A Gift Customized. I also have a third ornament on order. I have been very pleased with the products. They have arrived securely packaged, and looking great. The photo quality is very good, and it's a nice touch that the ornaments come with three types of 'hangers': red ribbon, twine, gold string. I also get a real kick out of the fun, thorough, and upbeat emails that accompany every stage of my order from placement to shipping to delivery. Based on my experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend A Gift Customized!

My Dad Turned 80 in November and we had… My Dad Turned 80 in November and we had a photo that included his Children, Grand Children and Great Grandchildren! How often does that happen?! Anyway we had both formal and a little bit "crazy" group shots I loved your "this is my Family" ornament and felt the Crazy photo was a perfect fit!! Not only is your customer service informative.... but I loved receiving fun quirky updates keeping me posted along the way! The final product was amazing and now each family in the photo has a memento of a very special day with our Dad/Pepere! I will definitely be a repeat customer as well as share the website with everyone!! Keep doing what you're doing!!

I never received my order and my money… I never received my order and my money was taken and they keep sending the same generic email. This place is a scam! Do not order from them. I ordered a retired teacher purse.

Picture was sent and when received the… Picture was sent and when received the whole thing was reversed. I received an email stating congratulations on receiving my gift and to reply if any issues. I did. The next email was saying thank you for the greet feedback. The items were expensive and I am sure I could have gone somewhere else, had better quality, and cheaper. I will not be ordering again nor do I recommend using this company.
