Anyway we had both formal and a little bit "crazy" group shots I loved your "this is my Family" ornament and felt the Crazy photo was a perfect fit!! Not only is your customer service informative.... but I loved receiving fun quirky updates keeping me posted along the way! The final product was amazing and now each family in the photo has a memento of a very special day with our Dad/Pepere! Precision cut around “stuff” in picture yields for me way more than holiday ornament- they are visual reminders of moments in life. Price point was low and came safely packaged. Bottom line? Cutest undies ever! I ordered customized undies for my sweetie for Valentine’s Day and am beyond pleased with them! They are so cute and perfect, and his reaction to them was even better than I hoped for! I received emails keeping me up to date with the progress as well as shipping. I knew almost immediately when they were delivered and since I had them shipped to him that meant a lot. Will definitely be ordering again and would recommend to anyone!

I did. The next email was saying thank you for the greet feedback. The items were expensive and I am sure I could have gone somewhere else, had better quality, and cheaper. I will not be ordering again nor do I recommend using this company.
