GBI have been a subscriber for almost a… I have been a subscriber for almost a year now. Every box has been delivered on time or earlier then expected. I have not had any issues with boxes being damaged or any products inside the box being damaged. The customer service is fast and responsive. I asked several questions about how to obtain past "Knowledge cards", and the company sent me a full set (up to current issue) free of charge. I am very satisfied with my subscription, and will continue my subscription for a while. Thank you.

GBWell I ordered the large and the video… Well I ordered the large and the video said all new members got the box with the backpack and a more expensive knife cant remember if it was Gerber or sogg but I got a regular it was gear only which I did order gear only but it did get here in a quick time

GBMy first box was fairly underwhelming My first box was fairly underwhelming. It had quite a few items in it but most of them were small trinkets. Overall the box lacked the quality I expected after it was talked up so highly on a podcast I listen to. Most of the items seemed like things that could be purchased at Walmart in the outdoors aisle for only slightly more than I paid for this box. I suppose it is the nature of subscription boxes to end up with things you don’t need but I at least expected one item of standout quality. I will give it another month or two to see if it is different after the first box but if not I will be cancelling.

GBThey don't seem to have their act together They don't seem to have their act together. Got the same first box twice, they charge before they ship (which I thought was a credit card policy violation) send conflicting messages and don't even have a listed phone number to resolve problems.
