Easy, smart and fun Smart, recycling packaging, easy to use ingredients and solid recipes. One omission is that the recipes don't state the amount of alcohol with which to start. I guess they were designed for a 750 ml recipe. A little clarity would help there but otherwise, totally happy with the purchase.
