We run an internal information tv station from it and then have several kiosks that have employee information on upcoming employee special days and other info. Have used it for almost 3 years now and the only limitation I have found is that a hi def video can overpower the PI, but that is a host limitation not the program. so just do 1080 or 720 and not 4K...

I love Yodeck - it drastically improved my work flow! I love Yodeck! It changed my life when we started using the service! We have monitors throughout our organization that i keep updated with notices and announcements for our employees. I used to have to go around to each monitor and insert a new thumb drive with updated slides. With Yodeck, i can update all the monitors, remotely, with a couple clicks! It drastically improved my work flow!!

Another plus is the simple ease of use and you will be able to add whatever you need in just a few minutes.

YoDeck Schools Digital Signage I like how easy it is to program content and especially creating layouts. It is nice to take feedback from staff, teachers and students and incorporate their opinions on what grabs their attention for digital signage. The only struggles I've ever had with YoDeck is getting the systems on our school network. Once we did that on our end, the overall service and product is great.

I can’t recommend Yodeck enough I can’t recommend Yodeck enough. Their software is fantastic and user friendly. I’ve been using it as a virtual message board in a manufacturing warehouse. I built my own raspberry pi for the service but Yodecks pricing isn’t terrible. I created a video in PowerPoint, and uploaded it very easily on their website. I also utilize various free widgets, like calendars and weather reports too. I highly recommend it as a way to communicate with your employees across different shifts!
