Item never shown 2 weeks later, I go on live chat and they will log investigation. No update, so I log on again another chat, yes you will have a credit. I want the item and I think the delivery should be free and express. We can order it again and you will have to wait 7-8 days! Give you delivery for free, but wait! So I will have not updates from yourselves, I will have to chase the item again and again - what level of service are you offering customers!
