The team at Pinpoint Payments helped us… The team at Pinpoint Payments helped us get merchant accounts when other couldn't come through. Before working with Pinpoint Payments, I had applied for merchant processing through many others (who were recommended) and none were able to procure processing for us (straight sale ecom merchant). We waited for months. The team at Pinpoint Payments was quick to get us processing. Within a week we were up and running. So far no issues. Nico and his team has been very responsive and helpful in recommending solutions, cutting cost and maintaining the mids in good standing. Over all a great team to work with. Glad I found them!

Scary Salesman! I have a very small business. I was looking for lower merchant fees than I currently am paying. Spoke to David Cates who made an offer and sent an email with that offer. When I called him stating that I was interested in moving forward, he called with a completely different offer. When I asked him what the next step would be, he said he would send an application. After a couple of days, I left Mr. Cates a message stating that I thought about the offer and decided to decline at this time. He proceeded to call me. I then sent him a text with the same message. He continued to call throughout the day, send multiple emails and text messages, clearly angry asking why I "rescinded", then making statements such as "you agreed and then rescinded...". Even after again replying that I simply changed my mind, he sent a text message calling me irrational. I then asked him to please stop harassing me. Scary experience to have a salesman get so angry. I would not consider this company. Hoping he does not continue harassment following this review but others should be informed.

Great company to deal with!! I love that everything was explained throughout the process and that everything is very personable. If there is anything you have questions about or need assistance for it’s literally at your fingertips and there’s always a “real” person to talk to. Mark is very knowledgeable and makes everything that much easier in the process.
