Especially their customer service team, as they are very responsive,respectful and helpful. Nicole helped me with my questions and was very responsive in answering my questions. I reached out to PinPoint Payments… I reached out to PinPoint Payments support specialist team and Sharminy was extremely helpful. She helped me in researching a potential fraud order. If it wasn't for her, I would've lost hundreds in dollars worth of inventory. I cannot thank her enough for her diligent and decisive work.

Scary Salesman! I have a very small business. I was looking for lower merchant fees than I currently am paying. Spoke to David Cates who made an offer and sent an email with that offer. When I called him stating that I was interested in moving forward, he called with a completely different offer. When I asked him what the next step would be, he said he would send an application. After a couple of days, I left Mr. Cates a message stating that I thought about the offer and decided to decline at this time. He proceeded to call me. I then sent him a text with the same message. He continued to call throughout the day, send multiple emails and text messages, clearly angry asking why I "rescinded", then making statements such as "you agreed and then rescinded...". Even after again replying that I simply changed my mind, he sent a text message calling me irrational. I then asked him to please stop harassing me. Scary experience to have a salesman get so angry. I would not consider this company. Hoping he does not continue harassment following this review but others should be informed.
